Dr. Yvette Vinton is one of the most accomplished endurance riders ever to represent Canada. Beginning in 1992, her riding has taken her to Europe, the Middle East, South America as well as North America.

The year 2005 will be an exciting one for Yvette as she is going to Dubai in January to compete in the World Championships. This will be her 3 rd. World Cup appearance in a row.

Overall Yvette has competed in nearly 20 races at the 100 mile distance. Several times she has been a top 5 or top 10 finisher.

In Yvette’s own words, “ I love to travel to new countries and to meet and ride with friends old and new.

My hope is to go to Australia and New Zealand to ride with some good friends there.”

Yvette also trains horses for endurance riding and loans them to riders from other countries.
